Your brand on the message, not a random number
A message from a number nobody recognises gets ignored, or reported.
Send from your name
Messages can arrive from your business name rather than a string of digits, so people know who is texting them before they open it.
The registration is handled
Australian sender IDs have to be registered, and an unregistered one is replaced with the word Unverified. You send us your ABN, business name, address and an authorised contact, and we lodge it and track it to a decision.
You can see how every message was sent
Routing records show what sender ID each message actually went out with, so if something was changed in transit you find out from us rather than from a customer.
The one trade-off, stated plainly
A business name cannot take a reply, so we send a web opt-out link instead of the usual reply-STOP message. Anyone who wants out still gets a one-tap way to do it, recorded against your account the same as a reply would be. Want people to be able to reply? Send from a number instead.
